Position Customer Service Representative/Driver

Overall Responsibility Customer satisfaction with respect to project accuracy and deadline compliance.
Key Tasks and responsibilities
-Receive requests for copy, scanning and digital printing projects, adjustments and cancellations directly from customers. Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best service possible.
-Pick up and deliver customer projects using a dolly, company vehicle (van) or by hand carrying projects where and as business dictates.
-Load and unload project and/or boxes from company vehicles or docking areas as needed.
-Data entry
-Follow up on inquiries.
-Handle the needs of Sales Representatives and customers.
-Provide excellent customer service
-Prepare forms in conjunction with deliveries and orders
-Maintain files of active orders
-Ensure that all customer information is accurate and updated as needed
-Drive to customer sites utilizing company van 85% of the time

Valid drivers' license is a must! Clean driving record.
Lifting 50 pounds
Ability to drive 85% daily
Experience requirement High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous Customer Service experience required.
Knowledge of the legal industry strongly encouraged.
Previous background should include a proven track record of successful ability to deal with customers.
