Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Overall Responsibility Customer satisfaction with respect to project accuracy and deadline compliance.
Key Tasks and responsibilities
-Manage each project with regard to profitability and efficient use of resources
-Receive requests for copy, scanning and digital printing projects, adjustments and cancellations directly from customers. Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best service possible.
-Pick up and deliver customer projects using a dolly, company vehicle or by hand carrying projects where and as business dictates.
-Load and unload project and/or boxes from company vehicles or docking areas as needed.
-Use the Production Tracking System (PTS) to retrieve and update customer information, project status information, the status of print orders and to make changes on customer print/purchase orders. Ensure that correct information is used for retrieving and inputting information.
-Follow up on inquiries by checking the PTS and Ditto personnel for delivery information. Work closely with Production Management regarding deliveries of scheduled projects.
-Handle the needs of Sales Representatives and customers by company divisions, account managers and geographic areas.
-Achieve 70% or higher in geographic territory integrity
-Prepare forms in conjunction with deliveries and orders (i.e. CODs, Job Tickets, Order Forms, etc.)
-Maintain files of active orders on the PTS
-Ensure that all customer information is accurate and updated as needed
-Ensure that Production Management has prior knowledge of all new projects and that production approval is received for all projects during the communication with the customer to ensure deadline compliance and up front customer communication.
-Consult with the customer with regard to our capability to handle the project and meet the customer's deadline.
-Drive to customer sites when requested, but most days, this job is walking through Downtown Pittsburgh

Experience requirement High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous Customer Service experience required.
Knowledge of the legal industry strongly encouraged.
Previous background should include a proven track record of successful ability to deal with customers.
